Southern Lanta Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach Vi trivdes jätte bra på Southern. Bra läge, fina pooler, fina bongalows (undantag A 11 och A 12, de rekomenderar jag inte, Slitna, och kändes ganska ofräsch) Familjehusen var stora och fräscha. Trevlig och bra personal. |
Fungerade jätte bra! |

Samran Place, Petchburi Road overall not bad for a budget hotel. would prefer to stay 4th floor onwards as the room is bigger.only minus point is no hot water flask. |
fast response. |

Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn First Class Hotel. Perfect location right on the river at pier 13 giving direct access to the river boat. It is also a 5/10 minute walk to Kho San Road. We stayed in the corner room which had view to another building, which was quieter than the city view room (road noisey), but not as nice as the river view which is approx £10 - £15 more expensive. Downside of hotel was service - we ate in the restaurant one evening but would not recommend it as the main meal came out 2 mins after the starter, and the main meal (steak) was not good and nearly cold. Then the bill was wrong....overcharged, however they immediately corrected this. I would recommend restaurant for snack food....sandwiches etc. We also ordered room service for one meal and glass of wine.....they forgot to bring the wine. Apart from this I would definitely recommend the hotel, the rooms were newly & beautifully decorated with good size balconies (perfect if you smoke!)and also for the roof top swimming pool with excellent views accross the city. |
Our request was for corner room for 3 nights, for which we received an email confirming availability and requesting payment. I sent payment and then received a further email to advise the room was only available for 2 nights and we would need to change to city view for last night (we had already arrived at hotel). This was our last night before returning to Ireland, so was dissapointing. Tried to speak to reception staff but they did not understand (or pretended not to)- considering their emails were word perfect!! |

Thongtakian Resort, Thongtakian Beach The service and staff were good, The location was great. The area is nice a quiet and yet just a 10 minute taxi to Chaewang beach and shops. My only complaint is that the rooms are quite dark and color less. My recommendation to the hotel is PAINT at least one wall with COLOR. Also a shower curtain with Color would be nice too. I also think that they should supply free wireless to their guests. The hotels next door do! |
I like Sawadee, com, the service was good! |

Haad Yao Bayview Resort, Haad Yao Beach This hotel ist fantastic! The stuff is so friendly, so kind! My sister had an accident and they cared so lovely for us. The owner himself helped her walking. The room was perfectly cleaned everyday. The restaurant is very clean and has seaview from every seat. They have a car rental service which I used twice. Down the beach are really good restaurants if you need a little variation although the hotel restaurant is great! You can snorkle right at the beach in front of the hotel. Great coloured fish! On the street up the hill (5-10 Minutes walk) are several ATM, NExt to the hotel are 3 shops where aou can buy second hand books in english, german etc, soda, clothes, telephonecards, sknokleequipment and what else you need. If you don´t want to you don´t need to go to Tongsala, the city. You can buy everything here. From the balcony you have a perfect view on the sea with breathtaking sunsets!!!I love to come again and again and again!!! Thank you for the oh so nice stay we had because of you! |
great! No problem for one night or 3 or whatever you want |

Ao Nang Sunset Hotel, Ao Nang This hotel suited us perfectly. We booked 2 adjoining rooms and a third double room. The double room that was not connected was massive. The biggest room we had anywhere on our stay. The adjoining rooms were small by comparison but having said that were actually normal sized hotel rooms, was just that the other rooms was very big. They all had their own private balcony - also good - need somewhere to hand the wet togs. We were not on the pool side of the hotel. Those rooms woulod have a nice view over the bay - but ours were fine. Do not stay here for the pool, very small - not a good outlook and the chlorine was full on. The breakfast content was as you find in Thailand - however was full buffett so you could eat as much as you liked. The bees that other people mention were not an issue - I liked seeing them, and they stayed pretty much near the bar - except the few that made their way into the jam!!! Good spot - really close to the front strip as would everything be in AoNang. Not noisy - no one hassles you outside of the place. The front desk arranged forward travel for us. All was good. I would say this place is more than basic, met our needs nicely -not one problem. email me at Stevensbrett@optusnet.com.au if you want anythign else!!! Brett |

Samui Orchid Resort, Hua Thanon Beach We stayed in Villa 3 for 6 days. Children loved the swimming pool in front of the villa. Beach restaurants food was good and ok for price.Staff was frienly. This hotel has every possibility to be best place in the whole beach. Beach sand is fine and white. It could be dream come true. BUT! In the room smelled bad. Showers and toilets where not well cleaned. Outside was lot of trash, it looked like they really don´t care. Why I ask? With taking care of places and own property is matterof course for most of the people. |

Salad Hut, Salad Beach Excellent hotel right on Salad Beach. Rooms were fine, we had one with a fan and it was more than adequate we even had a sea view. Breakfast was very good as well. Would definately be back. |
Excellent, no problems at all. |

Royal Guest House, City, Kotchasarn Road I stayed at this guesthouse for 10 days, and it was one of the best experiences I had in Thailand.. The staff are all very nice and helpfull.. The rooms are big, and clean, and it close to the inner city, you can walk to almost anyplace in chiang mai, thats worth seeing, or else they are willing to get a taxi for you at the reception.. |
very fast, and good.. |

Lamai Hotel, Patong Beach Stayed here many many times. Clean, good price, good room. But now short on basic maintenance like the electrics for the hot water which led me to tape the circuit breaker switch to on so I could have a shower longer than 30 seconds. All the usual good service and friendly massage girls who do a great professional job. Would I stay here again? Yeah for sure. |
Easy but payment process long winded. Didn t seem to have the option of paying in full one go. |
| Shih Chi Tien 2009-06-30 |
Saree Samui, Maenam Beach The villa isn t luxrious as I imagine. But the cozy surroundings and rustic Thai style room fit the mood for vacation. The restaurant is amazing too. The villa maybe a little far from downtown, but it is minutes walk from Lomprayah fast boat pier. The most important thing is the beachview and super-size pool. |
Nice & convenient |

Noren Resort, Klong Prao Beach Noren Resort is a new bungalow resort in quiet beautiful surroundings. Martin who is the manager is very friendly & helpful. The bungalows are spotlessly clean & very pleasant for relaxing on your patio with a cold drink from your own minibar that is well stocked. The house maid cleans the bungalows every day & provides clean linen daily. Breakfast included in price is western or thai which ever you prefer in a romantic setting. I have been coming to Koh Chang for a number of years now & can highly recommend this resort for all thai & western visitors. I will certainly be staying here again. Oh I forgot to mention there is a beautiful clean pool which young families will love. |
As always excellent service, quick,& very helpful. I have used Sawasdee many times and highly recommend their website for secure safe booking. Keep up the excellent work that you all do. |

Majestic Suites, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04-6 We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and wrote here how nice it all was. This time we arrived at midday and the room was not ready. The room they gave us the same type - Double Superior - but was at the front of the hotel. It was drab and had a long bath rather than the round bath we had before. We got the room changed after waiting for an hour for it to become available, but it was still not as nice as the room we had before! It seems there are some much nicer rooms at the back of the hotel and on the higher floors that perhaps have been recently decorated. Certainly the room we had before seemed to have fresh paint and clean grout in the bathroom etc... Other than that, as the Internet was free, at least I could catch up on my emails whilst we waited for the room ! |
Excellent as always |

Boutique Raft Resort, Saiyoke This is probably my favorite trips during my stay in Thailand. Boutique Raft came highly recommended by a colleague, and I was not disappointed at all! Khun Wan and her husband were so hospitable and accommodating to me and my two guests visiting. They helped us to make a personalized package tour of exactly what we wanted to do, all of the preparations (meals, tours) were ready when we arrived at our destinations, and the rooms themselves were so lovely! What a site to wake up on the River Kwai. The only hitch was a delay in the train during our morning tour, but that was out of the hotel s control, and they were kind to suggest an alternative. Our driver for the two days was also kind, though our communication was a bit tough at times b/t my broken Thai and his broken English. Overall, I highly recommend Boutique Rafts and RCD Adventures (for our bamboo rafting, elephant riding, and elephant washing adventures). |
Easy to use, quick and dependable responses. |

The Park 9 (A Living Serviced Residence), Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi We booked a 2 bed apartment for 1 night due to early morning flight. A little off the main drag, (our taxi driver could nt find it) but well worth the effort. Beautiful, spacious well furnished rooms with great bathrooms and amenities, all in tranquil surroundings. Only negative was the restaurant. Our friend ordered steak, which somehow turned into Crab with Rice...and the entree came last! Ah, the joy s of travel! However, would recommend to anyone, and would definately stay longer next time. |
No problems booking and quick replies via e-mail. |

Sugar Palm Kata Resort & Spa, Kata beach The hotel is nice but it shows that they don t keep up with renovations. The staff was mostly helpful but at check-in they delayed us for almost an hour, and at check-out thay had charged us for items in the minibar that we had not taken and they refused to admit that they had made a mistake. The receptionists were VERY RUDE!!! Also, the pool-access rooms have no steps or ladder from the terrace so if you re not young and fit you should not expect to be able to get back onto your terrace directly from the pool. About 1,5 meters deep closest to the terraces. |
Everything about the booking wnt perfectly. |
| Nitsan Kollet 2009-06-29 |
Bossotel Inn Bangkok, Charoenkrung Road, Soi 42/1 We loved every minute of it. The hotel facilities are beautiful, the breakfast is more than you can ask for and the service was outstanding. |
Smooth and easy. |

Koh Tao Resort, Koh Tao, Chalok Baan Kao The resort was nice and the diving center was great! The breakfast could have been better but was okey. Clean rooms and good service. The pool was nice but the beach was not so good. It smells from jellyfish and you had to walk a long way out in the water to be able to take a swim in the ocean. The island was just terrific! Relaxed and friendly atmosphere! I could absolutly go back to same resort. |
++++++++++ Only good things too say about the booking |

Royal Benja Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 05 I have stayed in alot of hotels in Bangkok and Thailand, 2000 Bath/night for a single room, with that standard, at that adress is money well spent. |

Karma Samui, Choeng Mon Beach Absolute amazing place, located just a few minutes north of Chaweng. We were greeted by the manager at chech in, and were then taken to our villa. It was huge! A two storey high villa, three bedrooms and a view that was out of this world, with full seaview! Bit the best thing was the private pool we had, not the ordinary plugepool which is common, this ons must have been 25 sqm! And with no neighbours you get quite a nice tan ;) A set dinner was incl, and also a private bbq in your villa, really enjoyable with your own chef and waiter there to serve you! I Can go on and on about this, have never been so impressed by a hotel and it staff. everyone there were so friendly and serviceminded, even constructionworkers said hello to you! Dont miss out of their great cocktaillist! I will definately go back and highly recommend Karma Samui! |
Very good, answered Any question within a few hours by mail. |

Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. Very nice hotel, nicly situated in front of the beach. Have several swimming pool which is a plus since the sea in Pattaya/Jomtien Beach isn t often great. Situated in a area than is less noisy, restaurants are situated within walking distance but none that are great. Staff was very nice and friendly too. Room is a little old & maybe new TV s are needed to make it better. |

Baan Bayan, Hua Hin Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Hi, very nice. No complaints at all. |
Ms. May is wonderful and very good at her job. I have booked several trips now with Sawadee primarily because Ms. May is thorough, gets it done right, and follows up. Regards, amf |

Perfect as allways |

Suriwongse Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road Spent a week at hotel with my elderly parents. Very impressed. Rooms large and comfortable, if a little tired. Pool clean. Breakfast reasonable. Staff well trained and friendly. One of the best value for money hotels I ve encountered in Thailand. Only criticism is WIFI very slow. I think hotels do themselves a disservice providing such a poor internet service, better none at all, especially when cheap , efficient, internet cafe s are nearby. |
flawless as usual |
| paw sejersten jeppesen 2009-06-28 |
Baan Rom Mai, Chaweng Beach A smal hotel, but big service to the good price. can only say that this service i had, was better than a big hotel have given me so far. Thank you for good care.. |
yes, only good info and easy service, i will do that again for sure. |

Ambassador Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11-13 It was nice hotel but my room A/C was not cooling well. I informed them twice and they sent their Technicians twice but they did not solved it. |
Good |

The Island Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach It is a very good resort , especially for the price .The rooms are fine and the Thai Meal I had at the restaurant was excellent . They also served a v/good buffet breakfast. It is a 10-15 min walk from the best part of the beach |
Very Good |
| Stig Fredriksson 2009-06-28 |
Majestic Suites, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04-6 Close to skytrain. The rooms feel a little bit old, the first room I stayed in had a bad smell. If you travel with children, dont stay here. The hotel is located to close to Soi 4, Soi Nana, the hooker district of Sukhumvit road. |
Very good !!! |
| PHUNG KIM CHOON 2009-06-28 |
Patong Beach Lodge, Patong Beach We (18 of us) enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the hotel facilities are reasonable for the value that we have paid. It is also located at place where all the amenities and shopping malls are within walking distance. |
The booking service is efficient although we are a bit disappointed with the airport transfer arrangement. |
| Jason Cochran 2009-06-28 |
Katathani Phuket Beach Resort, Kata Noi Beach This hotel was very nice. Be aware that its a long ride from the airport, and the beach is red-flagged for swimming. Reception is nice and professional, and the rooms are well equipped, clean, and have great views. Staff is friendly and professional. The service in the lobby for booking day trips and excursions is handy, but remember to ask about the travel times to and from attractions, as this hotel is on the southern end of the island and you could end up in a van for 1.5 - 2 hours on either end of your excursion. Prices here are reasonable. Breakfast buffet was included and was quite good - lots of choices, quality ingredients, right temperature, etc. Dinner, on the other hand, was a disappointment. We tried the La Scala Italian restaurant at the resort, and while the drinks were quite tasty, the food wasn t. (Luckily, there s a great restaurant called Two Chefs that is a five minute, 150 thb taxi ride away - their cocktails and long drinks are not great, but their food is fantastic and highly recommended.) The spa at Kata thani resort is decent, but don t expect anything over-the-top; its adequate, but that s all. Overall rating here would be about 3 out of 5. |
No issues with booking service. Handled the deposit and etc. on line. I question why the transfer from the airport to the hotel cost 1500 thb, but the trip from the hotel to the airport was only 750. Markup much?? |
| Nitsan Kollet 2009-06-28 |
Haad Yao Bayview Resort, Haad Yao Beach Strange... There is a potential but it s not quite there. The rooms are beautiful and specious, but the service is too minimal. Things like stained table covers, not enough smiles at the reception, very minimal spa, the face that not even once they asked us if we enjoy our stay etc. made us feel that we want to spend our money elswhere. Plus it was our honeymoon and they didn t even say anything, not to mention fruit basket, flowers or anything like that. |
Smooth and easy. |
| Gean T. Kim 2009-06-27 |
Park Plaza Sukhumvit Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 21 (Asoke) Good hotel in a good location with good service. The price was very reasonable. The facilities are great. The restaurant has nice a selection with excellent service. |

Mango Spa & Resort, Hua Hin Area, Hin Lek Fai Found this hotel by chance on the internet whilst planning holiday to Thailand. The facilities are very good, rooms clean and tidy and the staff are pleasant and courteous, free shuttle service into town always on time, lovely setting very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed our 2 week stay immensely and did not want to leave. Would recommened as a good place to stay. |
All service from start to finish was very good. Great communication and absolutely no problems, would recommened to anyone. |

Samui Mermaid Resort, Big Buddha Beach Good value for money hotel. Well maintained, friendly staff. Away from the hubub of Chaewang Beach but close enough to go to either Chaewang or Bophut fisherman s village by bike in 10 minutes. Their good rooms (Super Deluxe) are excellent and beautifully located. If you book the super deluxe room, make sure that s what you get because there s some grey area between the superdeluxe, deluxe and Sea Facing rooms. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely go back again. Free airport transfers were given as promised. Yasmeen & Neville Daruvala. |
Excellent and uncomplicated. All our queries were clarified promptly. Will definitely use it for all future bookings in Thailand. |
| Lesley Park 2009-06-27 |
Sand Sea Resort, Ao Nang, Railay Bay Sand Sea is on a beautiful beach. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately, my attempt to get detailed instructions to get to the resort was not very successful, though we did manage to arrive in one piece, even if we had to emerge from the ocean with luggage on our backs. :) The daytime staff was so friendly and kind, but the nighttime hosts were more difficult to work with. There are plenty of places to eat around the resort, and the pool is a lovely alternative when the tide comes up too high to lay on the sand. Railay Beach is gorgeous and this is a great place to see the view. |
Online booking is easy and Khun Joy was always responded quickly to all my questions. |
